This is not a traditional HR or recruitment role—it’s a <strong>growth-focused, digital-first marketing role</strong> where success is measured by <strong>results</strong>: <strong>securing top stylists and onboarding new salon partners.</strong></p><p><strong>This is not a B2C or customer sales role. You will not be speaking to customers.</strong> Your focus is on attracting, engaging, and onboarding top stylists and salon partners through digital marketing and relationship-building.</p><p>We need someone with a <strong>strong background in digital marketing, content strategy, and social media outreach</strong> to <strong>attract, engage, and convert</strong> stylists and salons at scale. Your primary responsibility is to <strong>build and execute high-performing marketing campaigns</strong> that generate a continuous pipeline of interested stylists and salon partners.</p><p>This role is not just about direct sales—it’s about <strong>building meaningful relationships</strong> with stylists and salons through engagement, community-building, and trust.
