Your role in the JoJo story Each JoJo store is unique whether that's trading over two floors, having a quirky layout or being situated in an interesting place. They have a life of their own. As a Dual Site Manager, you'll lead two stores, each with its own team and customer community, owning them as individual business centres while also connecting performance, people, and experience across both sites. Our Unique Selling Point (USP) in this ever-changing retail world is the relationship we build with our customers, many of them loyal to our brand and their local store team.
You’ll be the driving force across both stores, ensuring sales targets are met, customer service is outstanding, and your teams are aligned, trained, and motivated to continuously amaze our customers. This role is about balancing detail with big-picture thinking driving consistency, spotting opportunities, and building capable teams who can thrive with your guidance. A peek into your daily adventures:
- Leading and developing two store teams, creating alignment in culture, standards, and performance while recognising each store's individuality.
- Creating an engaging and inclusive environment where all team members feel valued, developed, and motivated to deliver great customer experiences.
- Working closely with Senior Customer Advisors in each store to maintain standards, drive performance, and provide support in your absence.
- Taking full ownership of performance across both sites within an Omni-Channel setting, including PSS and Click & Collect operations.
- Driving commercial success by analysing performance trends, identifying opportunities, and implementing clear, actionable plans across both stores.
- Coaching and developing Senior Sales Advisors to take ownership of key areas within the store, building capability, confidence, and a strong internal talent pipeline.
- Ensuring both stores uphold our B Corp principles and USP in every customer interaction and operational decision.
- Managing stock accuracy and integrity across both locations, ensuring availability supports both in-store and omni-channel demand.
- Creating a collaborative and high-performing environment, sharing best practice between sites to raise overall performance.
- Being visible and hands-on across both stores, leading by example and stepping into operational tasks when needed.
- Leading, coaching, and developing your teams using all available training resources, including digital and virtual tools.
- Acting as an outward ambassador for our B Corp values, embedding them consistently across both teams.
- Planning rotas and holiday allocation effectively across two sites, balancing business needs with fairness and team wellbeing.
- Delegating responsibility through Senior Customer Advisors and team members, ensuring clear ownership and consistent standards across both stores.
A typical week would be 4 x 7.5 & 1 x 6 hour shifts however, flexibility is required in line with store requirements.

- Previous experience as a Store Manager within a retail environment (multi-site experience desirable).
