About The Role
Our client, a global CPG brand, is looking for a media and operations person to drive their global media community development and progressive media program. This is an exciting opportunity to build on their well-established media fundamentals and shape the future of progressive media across local markets. The role also supports the broader global media community and plays a key part in enabling responsible, inclusive, and effective media practices.
- Shape the future positioning of our client’s Progressive Media Program and identify new ways to track progress and uncover opportunities that drive both societal value and commercial outcomes.
- Partner closely with their global media agency to drive the program forward and enhance understanding and adoption across markets.
- Collaborate with local market teams to identify barriers to progressive investment and help unlock access to inclusive, representative, and responsible media inventory.
- Work with the marketing effectiveness team to evaluate performance, demonstrate business impact, and drive program efficiencies.
- Manage comms for the client’s Global Media Community, providing local markets with tools, information, and inspiration to maximise marketing impact and effectiveness.
- Support the creation and sharing of Case Studies from local teams across the Global Media Community, inspiring great work across markets.
- Oversee the sufficiency workstream, which encourages local markets to invest sufficiently to meet brand and media objectives. Manage the communication of the sufficiency exercise to markets, ensuring the requested documentation is submitted in full and on time.
Experience Required
- Strong experience in media strategy, planning or activation, ideally within a global or regional role, and a passion for using marketing as a force for good.
- Bring a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery, capable of thriving in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Confident navigating global organisations and agency relationships, understanding how to build influence and drive adoption at scale.
- A deep understanding of the media landscape and a strong appreciation for responsible, inclusive, and progressive media practices.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to partner across functions, cultures, and geographies.
- Proven ability to track performance, analyse effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement.
