Are you a confident swimmer who loves being part of a team and making a difference? We're on the lookout for a fun, enthusiastic, and reliable Lifeguard to dive into a full-time, permanent role at our brilliant Aspire Leisure Centre. Whether you're fully qualified or just have a passion for the pool, we want to hear from you!
Ideally, you'll already hold your National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) but if you don't, we'll help the right candidate train up. Even better? We'll also cover the cost of your Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification to get you making even more of a splash in your career.
About the Role
Our vibrant, inclusive pool is open Monday - Saturday 6am - 10.30pm and Sundays 7am - 3pm. That means your shifts could include early mornings, evenings or weekends but with a supportive and fun team, the time flies.
What We're Looking For:
- NPLQ qualified or willing to qualify within 3 months
- Strong swimmer - you'll take part in a swim test
- Great communicator and team player
- Smart and professional appearance
