- Promote positive behaviour through consistent, trauma-informed and restorative approaches.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, families and external professionals to provide the very best support for every pupil.
- Contribute to curriculum development, school improvement initiatives and the wider life of the school.
- Safeguard and promote the welfare of all pupils, ensuring their wellbeing remains at the heart of everything you do.
What you will bring:
