We are on the lookout for an AI enabled Finance Systems lead to join our dynamic finance team. In this vital role, you will be the key player in maintaining and enhancing our finance system (NetSuite), ensuring they operate at peak performance while meeting the needs of our organisation. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, you will optimise system functionality and support our financial processes for success. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering exceptional results, we would love to hear from you!Responsibilities:- Administer and maintain finance systems ERP NetSuite with a focus on data integrity and security. – Collaborate with finance and IT teams to troubleshoot issues and implement effective system enhancements. – Provide training and ongoing support to end-users, ensuring they are confident and capable in using the finance systems.- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of system processes and procedures. – Assist in the preparation of financial reports and conduct data analysis as needed. – Monitor system performance and execute necessary upgrades to enhance functionality. – Stay abreast of industry trends related to finance software to ensure best practises are implemented.Skills and Experience: – Proven experience being the subject matter expert in finance systems ERP (NetSuite) or a similar role. – Working knowledge of IFRS – Proficiency in financial software and systems ERP (NetSuite), with a robust understanding of database management. – Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data using tools including excel. – Strong organisational skills, a collaborative approach and the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
