The Role

As a Lettings Negotiator, you'll play a key part in supporting landlords and tenants throughout the rental process while helping to grow and maintain the company's property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Building strong relationships with prospective landlords and tenants
  • Arranging and conducting property viewings
  • Matching applicants with suitable properties
  • Negotiating tenancy agreements
