As our Strategic Asset Coordinator, you'll play a key role in shaping how we invest in and manage over 4,000 homes across Shropshire.
The role
This is more than data entry - you'll be the driving force behind accurate, reliable asset intelligence that supports investment planning, compliance and long-term strategy.
What you'll be doing
- Managing and validating housing asset and stock condition data
- Turning complex data into clear, actionable insights and reports
- Supporting investment planning, compliance and Decent Homes reporting
- Working closely with surveyors and internal teams to keep data accurate and up to date
- Identifying trends, risks and opportunities to improve our housing stock
What we're looking for
- Experience in asset data, housing, or a property/technical role
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills (you're confident with large datasets)
- A keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to data quality
