We are seeking a passionate Speech and Language Therapist for a premium multidisciplinary clinic in Ballarat, Victoria. Your Role:
- Holistic Caseload: Deliver evidence-based interventions for Paediatric developmental delays or Adult dysphagia.
- Comprehensive Assessment: Conduct speech, language, and swallowing assessments using modern diagnostic tools.
- Collaborative Care: Work daily alongside OTs and Physios to provide integrated, wrap-around client support.
- Clinical Advocacy: Empower families with goal-based treatment plans that drive real-world independence.
Requirements:
- Degree in Speech Pathology (UK/Ireland/Equivalent).
- Eligible for Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) registration.
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.
- Paediatric and/or community experience desirable.
- Interest in autism, developmental language, and communication needs.
- Mutual Recognition: Your qualifications must be recognised by Speech Pathology Australia.
