A client is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Manager to lead a children's residential home, supporting young people with learning disabilities and complex needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations while delivering high standards of care. This role involves leading and developing a team, managing staffing and budgets, and working closely with families, social workers, and external agencies to achieve positive outcomes for children and young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily running of the home in line with legislative and regulatory requirements
  • Lead, coach, and support staff to deliver high-quality care
  • Ensure the safeguarding and wellbeing of all children and young people

About the Candidate:

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards)

  • Strong knowledge of Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
  • Experience supporting children with learning disabilities and complex needs
  • A strong commitment to safeguarding, equality, and delivering high standards of care
