The role is a rewarding, hands-on position where you'll deliver a person-centred housing management service, supporting residents in temporary accommodation and independent living settings to sustain their tenancies and move towards independence.

What you'll be doing:

  • Acting as the main point of contact for residents
  • Managing tenancies, including sign-ups, reviews and early interventions
  • Supporting residents with rent, benefits, and tenancy sustainment
  • Carrying out property inspections and ensuring homes are safe and compliant
  • Working with internal teams and partner agencies to provide joined-up support
  • Supporting vulnerable customers, including those facing homelessness, domestic abuse or mental health challenges
