Residential / Commercial Valuation Surveyor (Commercial experience advantageous)

An established independent Chartered Surveying practice is seeking an MRICS Valuer to undertake a mixture of residential and commercial valuation work across Berkshire.

\n

The role offers a flexible self-employed consultancy arrangement with a consistent flow of work and the freedom to manage your own diary.

\n

The opportunity

  • Approximately 80% residential valuation work and 20% commercial valuation work.
  • \n

  • Full weekly diary provided.
  • \n

  • 50/50 fee split with weekly payments via your Ltd company.
  • \n

  • Freedom to accept or decline instructions.
  • \n

  • Access to Rightmove and all required industry subscriptions.
  • \n

  • Typing support available (approximately £40 per day).

Earnings

  • Average residential fee approximately £1,400.
  • \n

  • Minimum residential fee approximately £750.
  • \n

  • Minimum commercial fee approximately £1,750.
  • \n

  • Six-figure earnings are achievable depending on your availability and working arrangement, with top-performing consultants earning up to approximately £200,000 per annum.
  • \n

  • The Directors are happy to discuss realistic earning expectations.

Who we're looking for

\n

    \n
  • MRICS qualified Valuer.
  • \n

  • Residential valuation experience.
  • \n

  • Commercial valuation experience would be advantageous.
  • \n

  • Existing self-employed surveyors or those looking to move into consultancy are welcome to apply.
  • \n

  • Part-time applicants will be considered, although full-time availability is preferred.
