The Role
- Managing and growing a portfolio of customer accounts
- Building strong relationships with pubs, bars, bottle shops and retailers
- Increasing customer spend, order frequency and product range
- Promoting new product launches, seasonal releases and brewery features
- Reactivating dormant and lapsed customer accounts
- Delivering excellent customer service and account support
- Maintaining regular customer contact through phone, email and face-to-face visits where appropriate
- Working towards agreed sales and growth targets
