As the Customer Insights Manager, you’ll lead the development and delivery of research programs that uncover customer needs, motivations, and behaviours. Working across departments - from marketing and product to operations and leadership - you’ll transform data into insights that shape strategy and drive real change.
About the role
- Own the end-to-end customer research process: from brief and methodology to analysis and reporting
- Design and run both quantitative and qualitative research (surveys, focus groups, interviews, etc.)
- Translate insights into compelling, actionable stories that inform decision-making
- Develop and evolve customer segmentation models in collaboration with analytics teams
- Partner with marketing and product teams to inform messaging, UX, and campaign targeting
- Champion the voice of the customer across the business
- Use tools like survey platforms, social listening, and feedback loops to stay close to customer sentiment
About you
- Proven experience in a customer insights, research, or market intelligence role (3–5 years)
- Hands-on expertise in both qual and quant methodologies
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills—you can simplify complexity and communicate clearly
