The Opportunity:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join an established and highly respected Corporate team. This role offers exposure to a broad range of high-quality corporate transactions whilst providing genuine autonomy to develop your own client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the practice. Applications are welcomed from ambitious Senior Associates, Legal Directors or experienced Corporate Solicitors looking for a genuine pathway towards Partnership. This is a role for someone who enjoys working closely with clients, taking ownership of transactions and becoming an integral part of a collaborative team.

The Role:

As a Senior Corporate Solicitor, you will:

  • Advise businesses on a broad range of corporate transactions.
  • Lead mergers and acquisitions from instruction through to completion.
  • Advise on company restructures and reorganisations.
  • Draft and negotiate shareholders' agreements and investment documentation.
  • Provide strategic advice to owner-managed businesses, SMEs and corporate clients.
  • Support business sales, acquisitions and succession planning.
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients and professional introducers.
  • Work collaboratively alongside colleagues across Commercial Property, Employment, Litigation and Private Client.
  • Play an active role in business development, networking and profile raising.
  • Mentor and support junior members of the team where appropriate.
