Duties:
- Assisting with the accounts administration functions including:
- Purchase ledger, coding and posting of invoices, raising supplier payments via BACS, reconciliations.
- Sales ledger, raising invoices, liaison with clients, sending statements, allocation of payments, credit control (if required).
- Assisting with the processing of payroll, data entry.
Experience:
- Must have previous accounts experience and a good level of computer literacy on Sage.
- Must have good attention to detail and level of accuracy.
- Must be able to work well as part of a small team, with strong organisational skills.
Salary: £14.50 per hour
