Job Description Description Millison Chase Limited Recruitment is currently recruiting experienced HGV Class 2 Volumetric Concrete Mixer Drivers for ongoing work with a leading client.
We are seeking professional and reliable HGV Class 2 Drivers to operate volumetric concrete mixer vehicles delivering concrete to commercial and construction sites.
This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate, with full training provided on the operation of the volumetric mixing equipment.
This role offers regular day work with early morning starts and the opportunity to build a long-term career within the construction and transport industry.
Pay Progression £17.93 per hour PAYE Monday to Friday with holiday pay Weekly PAYE pay through Millison Chase Limited Permanent salary after successful probation: £32,000 to £34,000 per year + commission Temp-to-perm opportunity for suitable candidates Responsibilities Delivering concrete to commercial and construction sites Operating volumetric concrete mixer vehicles safely and efficiently Measuring and mixing concrete to customer specifications Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting defects Completing delivery paperwork accurately Maintaining high safety standards on customer sites Providing professional customer service during deliveries Ensuring compliance with driver hours and transport legislation Requirements Applicants must hold: Valid UK HGV Class 2 (Category C) Licence Valid Driver CPC Card Digital Tachograph Card Minimum 1 year HGV driving experience (for insurance purposes)Good understanding of site safety procedures Good communication and timekeeping skills Previous mixer or construction industry experience is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.
