Retail Chef Manager Wanted Ready to take full ownership of high-volume stadium food operations at one of the Premier League's most iconic venues?

Join Constellation , part of the Levy UK family, and become a Retail Chef Manager at Villa Park, home of Aston Villa FC .

Were looking for an experienced and highly organised kitchen leader to oversee all retail food operations across Villa Park's matchday kiosks , ensuring every outlet delivers consistent, high-quality food service in a fast-paced environment.

What youll be doing: Leading and managing all retail cooks across Villa Park on matchdays.

Acting as the main point of contact for all retail kitchen teams during service.

Ensuring all kiosks are fully stocked with food, equipment and service items.

Monitoring stock levels and coordinating replenishment where required.

Overseeing opening and closing procedures for all retail food outlets.

Managing food levels, wastage control and ensuring accurate recording.

Supporting consistent food quality, speed of service and operational standards.

Ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety, Food Safety, Hygiene, Manual Handling and COSHH regulations.

Liaising with wider operational teams to ensure smooth matchday delivery.

What were looking for: You must be aged 18 or over.

Previous experience in a high-volume kitchen or stadium/arena catering environment is essential.

Strong leadership experience managing chefs or kitchen teams.

Excellent understanding of stock control, wastage management and food operations.

Confident in leading large-scale, fast-paced food service environments.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to problem-solve under pressure.

A hands-on leader who can support teams while maintaining high standards.

This is a Casual Matchday Position This is a casual, flexible matchday role , offering the opportunity to work at Villa Park – home of Aston Villa FC throughout the football season and at other exciting events where available.

Availability for the following fixtures is essential: August 29th September 12th October 10th and all remaining Aston Villa home fixtures throughout the season .
