Were looking for confident, experienced leaders to take ownership of one of our premium hospitality bars, ensuring outstanding service for guests while leading and supporting your team throughout every matchday.
What youll be doing: Leading and managing a dedicated hospitality bar and bar team during matchdays and events.
Delivering exceptional customer service within our premium hospitality suites and lounges.
Acting as the main point of contact for your bar team, supporting and motivating colleagues throughout service.
Providing excellent customer service and resolving guest queries professionally.
Ensuring your bar is fully stocked, organised and ready for service.
Monitoring stock levels and communicating replenishment requirements.
Maintaining excellent knowledge of all drinks offerings, including beers, wines, spirits, champagnes, cocktails and alcohol-free options.
Ensuring correct glassware, garnishes and presentation standards are consistently followed.
Supervising cash handling and till procedures where required.
Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and bar presentation.
Ensuring all company and venue policies are followed, including Health & Safety, Hygiene, Manual Handling and COSHH.
What were looking for: You must be aged 18 or over.
Previous experience managing a bar team is essential.
A minimum of 1 years bar supervisory or management experience .
Previous experience working within premium hospitality, corporate hospitality, hotels, restaurants, stadiums or event venues is highly desirable.
Excellent knowledge of bar operations, stock management and cellar-to-bar processes.
Strong understanding of beers, wines, spirits, premium beverages, glassware, garnishes and 0% drink offerings .
A confident and approachable leader with excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to make decisions and remain calm in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Passionate about delivering first-class hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
This is a Casual Matchday Position This is a casual, flexible matchday role , offering the opportunity to work at Villa Park – home of Aston Villa FC throughout the football season and at other exciting events where available.
Availability for the following fixtures is essential: August 29th September 12th October 10th and all remaining Aston Villa home fixtures throughout the season .
