Key Duties

  • Maintain the tees, greens, surrounds, fairways, rough and semi rough in line with the course maintenance programme.
  • Set up the golf course, including changing holes, moving tee markers, indicating areas out of bound, drop zones and hazards.
  • Switch and brush the greens.
  • Apply top dressing and fertilizer.
  • Identify and control pests and diseases.
  • Help with the maintenance and upkeep of all centers when required. Renovate worn and damaged turf.
  • Prepare and maintain machinery.

Role requirements

  • A minimum of two years' experience of grounds maintenance/green keeping.
  • An NVQ level 2 in Greenkeeping or industry equivalent/experience would be desirable
