Benjamin Button is a fast-growing UK health and wellness brand, best known for our premium liquid collagen drinks. Were expanding into independent pharmacies and health retailers across the UK, and were looking for a driven, early-career sales professional to help lead that growth.
The Opportunity
This is a rare chance to own a real sales channel from day one, not just book meetings for someone else to close. Youll be pitching directly to pharmacy owners and buyers, negotiating your own deals, and building a book of accounts you can watch grow with a clear route to a senior/leadership role in the channel as you prove yourself.
What Youll Do
- Identify and approach independent pharmacies and health stores in your territory
Pitch the Benjamin Button range to owners, managers, and buyers, in person and remotelyNegotiate pricing, terms, and first ordersBuild relationships that turn into repeat, growing accountsTrack your pipeline and report on progress against monthly targets
What Were Looking For
- 1–2 years B2B or field sales experience (FMCG, wholesale, retail, or similar pharmacy experience is a bonus but not required)
A proven ability to run a full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closingExcellent communication xjlbheb skills and genuine confidence talking to people face-to-faceSelf-starter energy comfortable handling rejection and driving your own pipelineFull UK driving licence
Package
- Base salary: £30,000–£34,000
Uncapped commission — realistic OTE £50,000–£70,000Hybrid working, based from our London officeMileage/car allowance
