Mindlynk Ltd is urgently seeking a confident and capable Cover Supervisor to join a supportive secondary school in Shrewsbury. This is an immediate start role – perfect for someone with the presence, professionalism, and experience to make an impact right away.

What You\’ll Do:
Supervise whole classes during teacher absences using pre-set work
Manage classroom behaviour and keep students on task
Support a positive and safe learning environment
Report back to teaching staff at the end of the day
Essential Requirements:
Proof of enhanced DBS (on the Update Service or issued within the last 12 months)
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
Two recent UK-based references
Strong communication, organisation, and behaviour management skills
Confidence in delivering lessons and engaging learners independently
