At Mindlynk Ltd, we’re proud to be partnering with a forward-thinking secondary school in East London to recruit a dedicated Behaviour Mentor for the new academic year. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a committed pastoral team and make a genuine difference in the lives of students who need it most.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Working closely with students who display challenging behaviours
  • Supporting emotional regulation, conflict resolution, and social development
  • Delivering 1:1 and small group mentoring sessions
  • Working collaboratively with teachers, parents, and pastoral staff
  • Promoting a positive, inclusive, and respectful school culture

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience working with young people in schools, youth work, or pastoral care
  • Calm, consistent, and confident in de-escalating behaviour
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A genuine commitment to supporting vulnerable students
  • Resilient, empathetic, and ready to lead by example
