At Mindlynk Ltd, we’re proud to be partnering with a forward-thinking secondary school in East London to recruit a dedicated Behaviour Mentor for the new academic year. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a committed pastoral team and make a genuine difference in the lives of students who need it most.
What you’ll be doing:
- Working closely with students who display challenging behaviours
- Supporting emotional regulation, conflict resolution, and social development
- Delivering 1:1 and small group mentoring sessions
- Working collaboratively with teachers, parents, and pastoral staff
- Promoting a positive, inclusive, and respectful school culture
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience working with young people in schools, youth work, or pastoral care
- Calm, consistent, and confident in de-escalating behaviour
