We are seeking a Content Editor to join our creative messaging team. This role focuses on reviewing digital content for grammar, brand voice, and alignment with digital best practices and customer experience standards. The editor will collaborate with project managers, designers, and cross-functional partners within a structured production process.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Review and Proofread: Edit emails from internal teams and outside agencies to ensure alignment with corporate editorial standards, brand voice, and email best practices.
- Editorial Feedback: Utilize Adobe Workfront and Google Workspace to provide clear, actionable feedback.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Partner with business and creative teams to update or develop new email marketing creatives.
- Review Cycles: Manage content through multi-stage internal reviews and approvals with brand and business stakeholders.
- Compliance: Ensure all content meets regulatory and accessibility guidelines.
- Deadline Management: Work effectively within tight production schedules.
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience, preferably in a digital or agency environment.
- Advanced proficiency in grammar, punctuation, and copy editing.
- Proven ability to track revisions and ensure 100% accuracy across multiple versions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Adobe Workfront (or similar project management tools).
- Working knowledge of AP Stylebook.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Jira, Slack, or Figma.
- Knowledge of web accessibility standards.
- Experience in financial services or regulated industries.
