Role Summary

The Staff Technical Project Manager will lead delivery oversight for a global payroll transformation initiative, ensuring successful integration of ADP Celergo and ADP GlobalView with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, activation of Time and Labor and Absence Management modules, and retirement of legacy HCM systems. This role is critical for driving cross-workstream alignment, Agile discipline, and global consistency across multiple geographies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Delivery Leadership: Oversee integration readiness and cutover planning for ADP and Oracle platforms. Coordinate across workstreams to ensure dependencies are managed and milestones achieved.
  • Agile Execution: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives). Maintain strong Agile process discipline and coach teams on best practices. Assist teams with blockers and escalate issues promptly.
  • Governance & Risk Management: Anticipate risks and implement mitigation plans proactively. Ensure compliance with global standards and local regulations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership: Comfortable leading discussions with large groups of stakeholders and driving internal alignment across multiple teams. Build trust and foster strong relationships across diverse teams and vendors. Hold teams accountable for delivering items on time and to quality standards.
  • Adaptability & Problem Solving: Help support teams by breaking down barriers and removing roadblocks. Navigate changing priorities and shifting requirements with confidence.
  • Global Standardization: Drive consistency in processes and configurations across remaining countries: UK, Australia, South Africa, Switzerland, Germany, Vietnam, Brazil, Spain, Portugal, Israel.
  • Legacy System Retirement: Oversee transition from local HCM solutions to global platforms.

Required Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in global payroll delivery and large-scale HR technology implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of ADP Celergo, ADP GlobalView, and Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
  • Proven ability to lead Agile teams and execute Scrum ceremonies.
  • Expertise in managing multi-country deployments and vendor coordination.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence at all levels.
  • UK-based resource with ability to collaborate across time zones.

Preferred Skills

  • PMP or equivalent certification.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification.
  • Experience in global HR compliance and payroll regulations.
  • Ability to work across diverse cultures and geographies.
