Bradford District and Craven Mind is seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to support the delivery of the Guide-Line service, which provides confidential emotional support to people of all ages from 8am to midnight. You will manage staff rotas, lead meetings and ensure quality and safeguarding compliance.
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will monitor performance, handle incident reports, support staff with issues, and collaborate with partners to maintain a safe, high-quality service.
