Role Background
Do you want to make a positive difference supporting people with their mental health and wellbeing? Do you have experience of working in a busy finance office and have great numeracy skills? Mind Bradford District & Craven is looking for an eager and detail-focused Finance Officer to work within our supportive and dynamic Finance team. You’ll provide essential accounting support to meet the needs of the business following a period of rapid growth. You will be organised and have a methodical way of working, with strong excel skills and be familiar with accounting processes. Hours can be worked flexibly and there is the possibility for additional hours and/or responsibility should the organisational growth continue.
Role Purpose
As a Finance Assistant, you will play an essential role in providing support to the Head of Finance and Finance Officer. You will deliver the day-to-day operational finance functions by the processing and recording of financial transactions to allow the provision of accurate and timely financial information.
