Client Director – Hybrid (2-3 days in High Street Kensington Office)

Are you ready to lead change at the top of the business world?

You know there\’s no one-size-fits-all approach to behaviour change. Neither do we. As a Client Director at MindGym, you\’ll bring that belief to life — crafting personalised behavioural interventions that help global brands like Coca-Cola, Microsoft, Audi, and Zurich turn strategy into real, human action.

You’ll engage with senior decision-makers in HR and L&D, understanding their people and performance challenges, and guiding them toward science-based solutions that truly stick. This isn’t just sales — it’s about sparking meaningful change.

What makes this role different

You’ll join a creative, client-first team that combines behavioural science with commercial rigour. Expect autonomy, high standards, and support to help you succeed. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Leading on major commercial opportunities — from six-figure deals to multi-year, multi-million-pound partnerships
  2. Building new relationships and growing existing ones
  3. Designing tailored, scalable solutions that make a real difference
  4. Learning and applying our unique approach to bite-sized behavioural change

What’s in it for you?

  • Uncapped earning potential with a strong commission structure
  • Average deal sizes of £100k to £1m, with larger, long-term wins possible
  • Flexibility in how you work, supported by the right tools and team
  • A high-performing, supportive culture where talented people thrive
  • A hybrid working model: part-remote and part in our beautiful HQ on High Street Kensington (opposite a renowned bakery)

You’ll thrive here if you:

  • Enjoy the challenge of complex, large-scale sales and building long-term client relationships
  • Are energized by outreach and acquiring new clients
  • Are passionate about behavioural science and eager to apply it professionally
  • Own the full sales cycle — from lead generation to closing
  • Work well at pace, with independence and trust
