One size fits no one. That’s one of our core beliefs at MindGym and as an experienced client director, we think you’ll agree. You’ll be selling personalised behavioural interventions that drive action in some of the largest companies in the world. Each day you’ll have compelling conversations with executive-level decision makers within HR and L&D to understand their people and performance challenges. From here you’ll be proposing suitable solutions from our unique and innovative point of view and service offerings. You’ll take a deep dive into the world of MindGym and learn all about our disruptive form of behaviour change.
We work in a client-centric and creative environment where you will never be bored. You’ll be encouraged to use your initiative and creativity to find a style of working that suits you. You’ll primarily focus on growing new business, as well as expanding work with some of the clients we already partner with. Your earning potential will be uncapped. Hard work and success are rewarded with a generous commission structure and opportunities to progress and develop. You’ll be working on opportunities that range from £100k to £1m on average, but client directors at this level often work on multi-million, multi-year programs.
We’re operating a hybrid working model so half your time will be at home and the other half will be at our fabulous HQ on High Street Kensington, opposite a lovely little bakery. There are endless possibilities of where this journey could take you if you bring the right mix of spirit, initiative and quality finish.
About us: We use the latest behavioural science to transform the performance of companies and the lives of people who work in them. Since we started MindGym, we’ve partnered with over half the FTSE 100 and S&P 100, equipping them with an all-important human advantage. MindGym was born around a kitchen table in 2000. Since those early chain-tea-drinking sessions, we’ve worked with most of the world’s top 500 companies. We’ve inspired and transformed the performance of over three million people. And we’ve published four books, including an international best-seller. We’ve left the kitchen table, but we’ve never lost our hunger.
About you: Here’s a few of the ingredients you’ll have to join us:
- Demonstrable experience in consultative B2B sales: securing new business and growing existing accounts.
- Proven track record of hitting your targets, with an average deal size of £200k+ ideally.
- Experience owning the end-to-end process from lead sourcing, through to proposal generation and final pitch.
- You love to learn: we are thought leaders in our space, so we want you to be excited about what drives human performance at work.
- Comfortable working in a creative, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- You’re a self-starter who enjoys managing your own time and workload, coming up with creative answers to problems, and building your own pipeline and business.
If this sounds like something you’d be great at, we’d love to hear from you.
