The Vice President, Enterprise Business Development will lead new enterprise client acquisition across the United Kingdom, focusing on winning large-scale marketing budgets from Fortune 1,000 and high-growth consumer brands.

This is a senior hunter role responsible for opening doors, building executive relationships, and closing multi-million-dollar engagements spanning media, creative, commerce, and marketing analytics.

The ideal candidate brings deep credibility from a top-tier holding company agency or large independent media agency, combined with experience selling or partnering with marketing data platforms, analytics tools, or martech solutions.

What You’ll Do Here

  • Own and drive new business acquisition strategy across enterprise consumer brands in the U. K.
  • Build relationships with CMOs, Chief Growth Officers, Heads of Media, and Heads of Marketing Analytics at large-scale brands.
  • Lead complex, consultative sales cycles involving integrated solutions across media, creative, commerce, and data/analytics.
  • Translate client marketing and business challenges into multi-disciplinary solution architectures.
  • Partner with strategy, media, analytics, and product teams to develop compelling new business narratives and proposals.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of enterprise opportunities with large annual media, creative, and data budgets.
  • Represent Mindgruve in senior-level client meetings, industry events, and executive forums.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine go-to-market positioning and enterprise sales strategy.
  • Consistently meet and exceed annual revenue and acquisition targets.

We Need a Person With

  • 12–15+ years of experience in enterprise business development, new business, or sales leadership.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Ability to travel 30% to 50% of the time.
  • A proven background at a holding company media agency or large independent agency.
  • Demonstrated success winning large consumer brand accounts with significant media, creative, and analytics spend.
  • Direct experience selling into or alongside marketing data platforms, martech, adtech, or analytics solutions.
  • A strong understanding of integrated marketing ecosystems: media, creative, commerce, CRM, and performance analytics.
  • Established relationships with senior marketing decision-makers at enterprise consumer brands.
  • A track record of closing complex, multi-million-dollar, multi-year engagements.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand client needs and market dynamics.
  • Executive-level storytelling and consultative selling.
  • Ability to synthesize media, creative, commerce, and data into unified business solutions.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise marketing procurement and agency review processes.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with ability to close new business opportunities.
  • Comfort operating in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with strategy, delivery, and technical teams.
  • Experience working with or selling alongside AI-driven marketing or data intelligence platforms, preferred.
  • Background spanning both agency services and marketing technology environments.
  • Existing relationships with major U. K. consumer brand marketers across retail, CPG, financial services, and technology sectors.
  • Experience leading or contributing to formal agency pitch processes for enterprise accounts.
  • Superior presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptionally strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Extreme organization with keen attention to detail.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
