Mindful Surrey UK has been supporting people throughout the UK since 2018, with all aspects of mental health.

We offer free and subsidised support to people who are facing mental health difficulties and struggling financially.

We want to develop our social media in order to do this.

Mental health has rarely been such an issue for so many, and Mindful Surrey UK works to support adults and children in the UK.

By improving our social media, you would help us contribute to a greater number of people of all ages.

By working with us, you would have a major impact on helping people reduce stress, manage anxiety, cope with addictive behaviours, improve sleep, and lead calmer, happier lives.

Qualifications

Our ideal volunteer is someone experienced at using social media, in particular Facebook and Linked In.

We have existing accounts but do not have the time or expertise to use them fully.

The person we appoint will be working with Catherine to create posts, and supporting her in what she can do to bost the socil media also.

The person does not need experience or understanding of mindfulness meditation nor mental health issues, but an appreciation of the importance of mental health is important.

Use your social media experience to create posts for Facebook and Linked In.

Work with Catherine to support and promote the organization’s social media strategy.

Promote classes and courses, including live online sessions and in‑person sessions in Dorking, Surrey.

Support fund‑raising opportunities through social media campaigns.

Assist in content delivery for free support programs funded by donations and paid sessions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
