This is a great step for an existing Deputy Manager or experienced practitioner looking to move into management, with hands-on leadership and strong safeguarding and childcare standards.
You will work with the Nursery Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, staff ratios, EYFS delivery, and build positive relationships with children and families.
