We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team as a Performance Creative Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate or early-career candidate who is passionate about content creation, social media, and understanding what makes content stand out. You will be hands-on in briefing creative for Meta and other Paid Social channels, sourcing and building relationships with creators and influencers, and supporting video shoots and other creative content production. You will thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, curious about our customers, and excited to learn how creative drives performance.
You are:
- A genuine interest in social media, content creation, and digital marketing; internship, placement year, or personal project experience is a plus but not essential.
- Some familiarity with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) as a platform, either professionally or as an engaged user.
- A creative eye, with an interest in what makes content engaging and effective.
- Strong communication skills, comfortable reaching out to and building relationships with influencers and creators.
- Highly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
- A proactive, can-do attitude, happy to get stuck into shoots and hands-on creative production.
- Comfortable working collaboratively across teams, including creative, marketing, and external partners.
You will:
- Develop a deep understanding of our customers' behaviours and interests to be able to inspire and educate them on the Mindful Chef brand.
- Work closely with the Growth Marketing team to translate campaign briefs into creative briefs for Meta and other Paid Social channels.
- Research new influencer and content creator opportunities, supporting outreach and building relationships to support ongoing partnerships and campaigns.
- Support the planning and execution of creative content production, including on-the-day assistance where needed.
- Understand results of creative performance to inform a creative feedback loop, gathering learnings from live campaigns to iterate and inform even better performing creative concepts.
- Help to increase ad engagement and conversion through supporting the ideation, testing, and learning of ad copy and creative.
- Keep up to date with social media trends, formats, and competitor creative to bring fresh ideas to the team.
- Assist with the organisation of creative assets, keeping our content library up to date.
- Collaborate with the wider marketing and creative teams to share learnings, best practices, and support the execution of new ideas.
