We are looking for a curious and analytically-minded individual to join our dynamic team as a Growth Marketing Assistant. This is a great opportunity for a graduate or early-career candidate who wants to build a career in performance marketing, getting hands-on exposure to PPC, Meta, Affiliates, and other performance channels. You will be curious about the why behind performance metrics, comfortable digging into data, and excited to support the team in testing new ways to improve results. You will be happy working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, curious about our customers, and eager to develop your analytical skills.

You are:

  • A strong interest in digital marketing and performance advertising; internship, placement year, or personal project experience is a plus but not essential.
  • Naturally analytical, comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets, and keen to develop these skills further.
  • Some familiarity with platforms like Meta or Google Ads is a bonus.
  • An empathetic, curious mindset, interested in understanding customers' motivations, pain points and barriers to purchase.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude, keen to test new ideas and learn from the results.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively across teams, including creative, agencies, and other internal stakeholders.

You will:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers behaviours and interests to be able to inspire and educate them on the Mindful Chef brand.
  • Support the day-to-day running of PPC campaigns, helping to monitor budgets and spot opportunities.
  • Help manage performance across Meta and other Paid Social channels, tracking key metrics day-to-day, and flagging opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the management of our Affiliates platform, assisting with the identification of new partnership opportunities.
  • Assist with creative briefing & testing plans across digital channels including Pinterest, Demand Gen, and PMax.
  • Contribute to regular performance reporting and dashboards, helping the team track progress against targets across channels.
  • Learn to analyse campaign data, spot trends, and start forming your own recommendations on how to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to share learnings, best practices, and support the execution of new ideas following campaigns.

Why us?

  • A competitive package that rewards your skills and dedication.
  • Flexibility of hybrid working from our office based in Wandsworth.
  • Be part of a Better Business (B-Corp), making a positive impact on profit, people, and planet.
  • Join an award-winning startup backed by the largest food and beverage company globally: Nestle.
  • Experience a workplace that feels like home, complete with free meals, a gym, a vertical farm, and pet-friendly policies.
  • Prioritise your well-being with perks like Vitality health insurance, access to LinkedIn Learning, mental health support, Better Up AI Coaching and a generous holiday package (30 days + bank holidays).
  • Enjoy a 50% discount on all Mindful Chef products.
  • Enhanced policy of up to 6 months full pay primary parental leave and up to 6 weeks full pay secondary parental leave.
