The Copywriter is responsible for developing, editing and maintaining written content that reflects the Mindful Chef brand voice across marketing and customer communications. The role supports brand storytelling, campaign delivery and customer education across multiple channels, ensuring content is clear, accurate, consistent and on-brand.

The role works closely with Creative, CRM and wider Marketing teams to ensure written content aligns with visual assets, campaign objectives and customer journey touch points.

You are:

  • 2+ years experience working in a content editing, copywriting or editorial role within a brand, marketing or communications environment.
  • Demonstrated experience editing and refining content across multiple formats and channels, including email, long-form and campaign content.
  • Strong command of written English with a high level of accuracy, grammar and attention to detail.
  • Experience translating complex or technical topics into clear and engaging content for a broad audience.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and responding constructively to feedback.
  • Interest in food, health or lifestyle brands; experience in sustainability or purpose-led content is desirable.
  • Relevant qualification in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

You will:

  • Edit, refine and develop written content that reflects and reinforces the Mindful Chef brand voice and health-led positioning.
  • Act as guardian of tone of voice across marketing and customer communications.
  • Proofread and quality-check content across marketing touchpoints to ensure accuracy, consistency and clarity.
  • Edit and contribute to content for campaigns, product launches, partnerships and seasonal promotions.
  • Develop and maintain content for recurring and high-volume outputs, including recipe booklets, email campaigns and blog content.
  • Support campaign delivery by ensuring content is finalised accurately and on time.
  • Develop and manage evergreen content that supports brand positioning, sustainability credentials and overall mission.
  • Edit and refine educational content related to food, health, ingredients and cooking to support customer understanding and engagement.
  • Work closely with Creative, CRM and Marketing stakeholders to ensure content aligns with visual assets and customer journeys.
  • Incorporate and manage feedback from stakeholders while maintaining consistency with brand guidelines and editorial standards.
