As our Supply Chain Coordinator, youâll be at the heart of our operationsâconnecting suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure everything runs like clockwork, from order placement to final delivery.

You are
- Take ownership of the daily mechanics of inventory movement, demand planning, and supplier performance across our fast-paced, recipe-led supply chain.
- Lead Supplier Relationships: Build strong, trust-based relationships with suppliers and account managers. Act as the key point of contactâmanaging expectations, solving problems, and keeping communication proactive and professional.
- Be the Voice Between Teams: Act as the communicator between commercial, technical, operations, and logistics teams. Coordinate regular updates, align on weekly/monthly priorities, and ensure delivery plans are clearly communicated and executed.
- Liaise with 3PLs and internal logistics teams to coordinate inbound delivery slots, consolidation opportunities, and returns.
- Order a Wide Range of Product Types: Manage purchasing across fresh, dry, long-life, ready-to-go and packaging categories. Raise and confirm purchase orders with suppliers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Take Charge When Plans Change: Handle shortfalls, delivery delays, and product rejections quickly and confidently. Communicate updates and solutions to stakeholders across the business to minimise impact.
- Run the Show on Stock Counts: Lead weekly stock counts in partnership with the warehouse and operations team. Ensure inventory data is accurate, discrepancies are resolved, and movements are properly communicated.
- Manage Your Own Categories: Own specific product groups from end to end. Monitor supplier performance, anticipate potential issues, and drive improvements. Use historical data and forward-looking assumptions to refine weekly forecast accuracy and stock coverage models.
- Analyse SKU-level demand changes, especially for high-variance or perishable items, and recommend action.
- Run Key Meetings & Cross-Team Forums: Lead weekly inbound planning meetings, ensuring all upcoming deliveries are understood and managed. Facilitate weekly operational reviews, sharing supply chain updates, performance insights, and upcoming risks. Conduct regular 1:1s with suppliers or internal contacts, to keep communication strong and partnerships productive.
- Spot and Deliver Improvements: Identify inefficiencies in supplier processes or internal operations. Drive change with confidenceâwhether thatâs refining order management, improving data accuracy, or smoothing out communication loops.

Maintain visibility of critical path items, temperature-controlled SKUs, and short shelf-life products.
