What we are looking for
We’re looking for a curious, motivated graduate to join our Supply Chain team. If you enjoy solving problems, working with people, and making things run smoothly behind the scenes, this could be the perfect place to start your career. As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you’ll help ensure our ingredients and products move efficiently from suppliers to customers. You’ll work across different teams and gradually take ownership of your own product categories as you grow in confidence. No supply chain background? No problem, we’ll teach you what you need to know. At Mindful Chef, we believe potential matters more than experience. You’ll receive training, support, and real responsibility from day one, helping you build valuable skills across operations, logistics, and supplier management.
Key information
- Reports to: Supply Chain Manager
- Working days: Tuesday to Saturday
- Hours: Typically 9am–5pm (with some flexibility required)
- Location: Hybrid (3 days per week at our Redditch site)

You will
- Placing and tracking orders: Making sure products are ordered and delivered on time
- Monitoring stock levels: Helping keep inventory accurate and up to date
- Resolving issues: Supporting with shortages, delays, or quality concerns
- Working with partners: Communicating with suppliers, transport teams, and internal colleagues
- Stock checks: Assisting with regular stock counts and resolving discrepancies
- Category ownership (over time): Managing a group of products, including stock and supplier relationships
- Improving processes: Sharing ideas to make our supply chain more efficient
