What we are looking for

We’re looking for mid level, product-focused Rails Engineers to help expand our modern full-stack Rails web platform.

Collaborating closely with our product and design teams, and the rest of the engineering team, you’ll bring features and products to life following our 6-week cycle Shape Up process.

You are

  • Experienced with Ruby, and modern Rails embracing Hotwire and Stimulus.
  • A keen problem-solver and self-starter - you work well as part of a team but thrive when given autonomy to drive work forward independently.
  • Have a product mindset, and want to solve real problems for customers
  • Excited to work with modern Rails and new front end paradigms.
  • Someone who takes pride in the code base and platform they work on.

You will

  • Work with a team of exceptional engineers, taking pride in delivering high quality and modern Rails code.
  • Identify and implement improvements to performance, user experience, and code quality
  • Review code, engage with team members on their reviews of your work to collaborate, learn and grow.

  • Tech Stack: Ruby on Rails, Hotwire (Turbo, and Stimulus), PostgreSQL, Sidekiq, Redis, Tailwind v4
  • Infrastructure: Heroku, AWS
