What we are looking for
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic People Advisor (9-month FTC) to support two dynamic brands within our business. This role will focus on delivering excellent HR operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting our people across all aspects of their journey with us. You’ll play a key role in day-to-day HR operations, stakeholder support, payroll administration, and learning & development initiatives, helping to create a seamless employee experience across both brands.

You are

You will
- Maintain HR systems and employee records, ensuring compliance with GDPR and right-to-work requirements.
- Draft and issue contracts, offer letters, and other HR documentation.
- Support policy updates and ensure alignment with employment law.
- Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day HR queries, escalating when necessary.
- Provide professional HR support and advice to managers and employees across both brands.
- Assist with employee relations cases (e.g., probation reviews, absence management).
- Support planning and delivery of learning & development programmes and initiatives.
- Monitor and track PDPs (Personal Development Plans) and training completion.
- Prepare and process accurate monthly payroll inputs, liaising with our outsourced payroll provider.
- Maintain records for pay, pensions, benefits, and respond to payroll-related employee queries.
