For every Mindful Chef recipe box bought we donate the equivalent of a school meal to a child in a less developed country (over 20 million meals donated and counting...) and we have also pledged to go Net Zero by 2030.
What we are looking for: Mindful Chef is looking for a hybrid powerhouse who sits at the intersection of data-driven media buying and high-impact creative storytelling. You will own the creative lifecycle for our paid social channels, accelerating our customer growth into a world of high-velocity, performance-tested content.
Experience:
- 4-6 years in Performance Marketing or Creative Strategy (D2C/Subscription background preferred).
- The "Meta Native": Deep understanding of the Meta auction, Advantage+, and creative-led growth.
- Analytical Mind: You enjoy spreadsheets as much as storyboards. You know that a 1% lift in Thumb-Stop Rate can save thousands in spend.
- Process Driven: Experience with Frame.io, MotionApp, or Trello/Asana to manage high-volume creative workflows.
You will:
- Develop and own the Performance Creative Roadmap, ensuring every asset has a clear hypothesis based on our target audience and personas.
- Bridge the gap between Brand and Performance, ensuring our creative output builds long-term brand equity while driving immediate conversion.
- Production: Direct our in-house video editor, photographer and designers and external creators to produce sufficient volume of creative iterations per week.
- UGC & Influencers: Source, brief, and manage a roster of UGC creators and influencers to provide a constant stream of authentic footage.
- Creative Directing: Storyboard hooks, transitions, and "the middle" for Meta-first content to be developed through internal or external resource.
- Testing Framework: Implement an effective testing methodology to identify winning combinations quickly.
- Data Analysis: Dive into data to report on creative efficiency, signal and audience quality, integrating with attribution modeling and forecasts.
- Media Buying: Manage and oversee the Meta account structure to ensure creative is given the best environment to scale.
- Manage relationships with creative agencies and platform partners.
