The goal is simple, to make healthy eating easy. To do this we need your support, building a scalable and maintainable digital product that propels one of the UK's most loved start-ups forward. What we are looking for

Mindful Chef is seeking an ambitious and experienced Senior Digital Product Manager to join our technology team. You will be instrumental in defining and executing the strategic product roadmap that powers our entire business—from optimizing the user experience and driving conversion on our digital platforms to enhancing operational efficiency within our supply chain. You are

  • 5+ years product management experience, 2+ years in technical roles
  • Experience with e-commerce, or subscription businesses
  • Strong technical background working with engineering teams on complex integrations
  • Track record shipping products connecting customer features with backend operations
  • Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences through thoughtful use of technology
  • Excellent communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Passion for food and health industries

You will

  • Manage product feature development balancing our brand needs, partner requirements, technology driven opportunities and operational integrations
  • Partner with Marketing teams on customer acquisition to support improvement in conversion and features to enhance retention
  • Collaborate with Operations, Buying, Food Tech and Kitchen teams on internal tools and fulfillment systems that solve operational challenges through systemisation
  • Leverage AI/ML, advanced device and other capabilities to create innovative solutions across the platform
  • Manage multi-tenant platform features, customization, and scalability
  • Go deep into the shaping work of technical projects - working with engineers to define problems and shape solutions
  • Use data to optimize customer conversion, operational efficiency, and platform performance
