The Brand Assistant will be a critical support function within the Brand Team, working across PR, content, digital assets, and ambassador programs. This role is ideal for a highly organised, proactive individual looking for foundational experience in every facet of brand execution and project management in an ambitious business.
This role is designed for a highly motivated individual eager to learn, with the following attributes:
- Currently undertaking (or recently completed) an undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Seeking a Year-in-Industry placement or similar high-level internship experience.
- Highly Organised: Proven ability to manage multiple small projects simultaneously and adhere to strict deadlines (low-level project management).
- Excellent Communication: Clear, confident, and professional communicator, capable of liaising effectively between internal teams (marketing/kitchen) and external partners/ambassadors.
- Proactive & Hands-on: A desire to be involved in the logistical and operational elements of brand execution (e.g., prop ordering, on-site shoot support).
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to quality control, ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines across all outputs.
- Familiarity with digital content management platforms (e.g., Hubspot, basic CMS knowledge) is a bonus.

The Brand Assistant will be responsible for the seamless execution and support of brand initiatives, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all touchpoints:
- Brand Campaign & Project Support
- Campaign Management: Assist in the execution of quarterly Brand & Trade initiatives, including submitting creative briefs on time and ensuring all collateral meets strict brand standards.
- Brand Standards: Serve as a key internal brand champion, helping to ensure brand guidelines are followed consistently across all production and communication activities (e.g., printed materials, internal comms).
- Asset Management: Help maintain organised brand documentation and asset libraries for easy retrieval by marketing, design, and external teams.
- PR & Content Execution
- Public Relations (PR) Support: Provide day‑to‑day PR assistance, including managing and responding to media image requests from external partners and journalists.
- Ambassador Coordination: Support content planning and coordination with key ambassadors (e.g., The Gut Health Doctor) across social media channels and blog platforms.
- Gifting Logistics: Manage the end‑to‑end process of gifting initiatives for both the PR team and the ambassador programme (including the Mindful Chef Supper Club).
- Digital & Operational Consistency
- Digital Content Management: Manage and update website banners and Hubspot content pages to maintain crucial brand and campaign consistency across digital platforms.
- Shoot Support: Provide reliable on‑site operational support during photo and video shoots for brand content, partners, and ambassadors. This includes being responsible for prop ordering and inventory.
- Team Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact and link between the marketing team and the kitchen/operational teams, ensuring clear, consistent communication regarding new product launches or campaigns.
