We’re looking for a Local Market Content Manager to own localisation and content publishing for our Spanish, Irish and US markets. With over 40 million active members and 125+ brand partners, our loyalty programmes enable customers to collect and spend Avios through travel, shopping, credit cards and everyday experiences. We’re continuing to expand our digital channels, including avios.com and the Avios app, and are looking for someone who can ensure our content is accurate, localised and high-quality across markets.

What you’ll do:

  • Own localisation and content publishing for Spain, Ireland and the US
  • Translate and adapt content from English to Spanish (native-level fluency required)
  • Manage and maintain local market content in Contentful
  • Define what content should be shared or adapted from the GB site
  • Work with local market stakeholders to coordinate updates and share insights
  • Upload, format and QA content including text, images and digital assets
  • Ensure content follows brand, SEO and accessibility best practices
  • Help improve content workflows and publishing processes

What we’re looking for:

  • 3–5 years’ experience working with CMS platforms, ideally headless CMS
  • Hands-on experience with Contentful
  • Experience managing multi-region or multi-language websites
  • Strong attention to detail and editorial accuracy
  • Comfortable working in agile environments with multiple stakeholders

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Bynder, Contentsquare, Kameleoon, Google Analytics or Hotjar
  • Knowledge of SEO, content optimisation or experimentation
  • Basic HTML/CSS understanding
  • Interest in content design and UX
