We are seeking experienced Enterprise / Domain Architects to provide dedicated architecture leadership across a number of strategic transformation programmes. The successful candidates will work as key members of programme teams, partnering with business and technology stakeholders to define target architectures, support technology selection, guide implementation approaches, and ensure solutions align with wider enterprise strategy. These roles are initially expected to support programme delivery through key architecture phases, including discovery, design, procurement, selection, and implementation. Engagements are expected to run for approximately 4β6 months, or until permanent architecture capability is established. The roles are hybrid, with occasional travel required to programme locations as needed.
Role Purpose
Lead architecture for an omni-channel order management transformation programme, improving customer experience, fulfilment efficiency, and operational capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architecture activities across an order management transformation programme.
- Define current-state and target-state architecture.
- Shape future order management capabilities and how they integrate across:
- Digital commerce
- Supply chain
- Fulfilment
- Inventory
- Customer experience platforms
- Support discovery, procurement, RFI/RFP processes, and technology selection.
- Assess order management solutions and provide recommendations.
- Define technical evaluation criteria for vendor selection.
- Support simplification and modernisation of legacy order services.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, delivery, commerce, and supply chain stakeholders.
- Establish architecture governance and decision-making processes.
- Support development of non-functional requirements.

Core Requirements

- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Ability to challenge vendors and drive informed decisions.
