Mindera Group is seeking a Loyalty Platform Delivery Lead to manage the delivery and performance of a critical SaaS loyalty platform. You will oversee change activities, vendor management, and ensure platform sustainability.

The successful candidate will bring extensive experience in complex SaaS platform delivery, managing stakeholder relationships. The role includes leading major upgrades and fostering platform governance while collaborating with product teams.

This is an initial 6-month contract required onsite in London, Victoria for two days a week.
