As an Implementation Advisor within our Implementation and Consulting team, you are responsible for guiding the overall successful implementation and initial value realization of incoming Mind Bridge customers across different industries.
This customer‑facing role requires a strong understanding of financial process and control transformation through technology‑enabled solutions.
You will be expected to lead meetings with Senior Client Executives (including Partners, VP & C‑level), data/technical experts, and manage day‑to‑day relationships with project leads on the client side.
We are looking for an individual who is experienced in completing successful complex projects and demonstrates business knowledge in generating an understanding of your client’s needs, project governance, and financial data requirements.
You will be a leader to the team at different phases of the implementation journey from kick‑off to configuration to deployment.
This position will play a pivotal role in helping Mind Bridge drive the successful delivery of new solutions to our customers every day.
Your key business partners include the sales and account management team, who play an important role in the commencement of every customer journey; the greater Implementation and Consulting team which includes data engineers; and Customer Success who continue the client relationship following a successful implementation.
Additionally, you will be working with other members of the organization including product management, marketing and executive leadership, to create an effective feedback loop and drive a continuously improved customer experience.
- Your Responsibilities
- Implementation success ownership: Own the end‑to‑end implementation delivery for customers from kick‑off to deployment, including workshop designs, analysis deep‑dives and key deliverables.
Work with global teams regularly and handle multiple projects/technical tasks at any point of time.
- Workshop delivery: Guide virtual or in‑person structured workshops and prepare customized materials based on customer’s objectives and expected outcomes.
- Mind Bridge SME: Become the expert of Mind Bridge through development of a deep understanding of our products to support in workshops development, delivery and architecting solutions.
- Trusted advisor to customers: Lead customers through successful implementations by understanding their objectives, business needs and current processes and translating them into use cases, value‑based outcomes and Mind Bridge embedded processes.
- Advocate for customer: You will serve as the voice of the customer, relaying product feedback and feature requests to the product development team.
Your insights are essential to ensuring we build solutions that address real customer needs, solve their challenges, and help them succeed.
This includes troubleshooting and escalating client issues appropriately.
- Team player: Comfortable in working under the pressure of tight project deadline alongside the Account Team to complete successful implementations.
Up to 25% travel may be required.
- Strategic cross‑functional partner: Work closely with the data engineering team to understand the data requirements and deploy the solution ensuring a smooth end‑to‑end workflow.
Serves as a liaison to other Mind Bridge resources in Product, Services, and Sales, as needed.
- Continuous improvement: Contribute to the Implementation and Consulting team by being a strategic team member and identifying opportunities for improvement as it relates to internal processes, customer deliverables and ad‑hoc projects.

Education & Certifications
- University degree in Commerce or Administration or other relevant discipline is required (strong preference for accounting or finance major)
- CPA or Institute of Internal Auditors certification is required
- 5+ years in financial or accounting role within a firm or organization
- 5+ years in consulting or professional services position either within a professional services firm or within an organization
- Strong executive‑level written and oral communication skills are required
- Experience implementing ERPs or taking part in finance transformation is strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting integration needs
- Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions
- Experience successfully managing complex projects from start to finish
