The Role You’ll Play
You’ll be at the forefront of our global partner strategy, helping to shape how technology integrations, white-labeled products, and strategic alliances drive impact across our business. You’ll align internal teams, bring new opportunities to life, and elevate partner performance - ensuring every collaboration delivers real value to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic partner initiatives from idea to execution, aligning stakeholders and driving performance outcomes.
- Evaluate potential partners through a blend of customer insight, data analysis, and strategic thinking.
- Own and evolve reporting and documentation across teams to keep projects transparent, accountable, and measurable.
- Activate go-to-market plans and enablement strategies that bring partner solutions to life across our sales channels.
- Build relationships across internal teams and external partners to drive trust, resolve challenges, and ensure mutual success.
- Collaborate with sales and CX to surface partner needs, guide prioritization, and amplify the customer voice in partnership decisions.
- Champion internal education by creating tools, resources, and training that make partnerships easier to understand and sell.
- Drive ongoing partner engagement, from product updates and marketing refreshes to performance insights and roadmap alignment.
Experience You Bring / Qualifications
- Experience in partnerships, business development, or program management within a tech-forward, cross-functional environment.
- Strong communicator and relationship builder, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels—including execs and external partners.
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with comfort navigating spreadsheets, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-accountability settings and knows how to prioritize with intention.
- Familiarity with product and engineering teams, with an understanding of how technical integrations come to life.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects, align cross-functional teams, and deliver measurable outcomes.
- A customer-first mindset with a knack for identifying needs and translating them into scalable solutions.
