Transformation and Change Consulting Manager - Performance Improvement and Behavioural Change

Your Role

You’ll lead transformation and change initiatives for some of the UK’s biggest organisations. You’ll work directly with stakeholders at every level, from CEOs to frontline leaders, helping them navigate change and deliver lasting results. Partnering closely with clients, you’ll design and implement practical solutions to real business challenges, driving behavioural change that creates measurable impact. It’s hands-on, people-focused work: coaching managers, improving team performance, and embedding sustainable ways of working that make a visible difference for clients and their customers. You’ll gain experience across a wide range of sectors, collaborating with diverse client teams and internal colleagues. They work in sectors including FMCG, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, Transportation, Utilities, Energy, and Financial Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of transformation project delivery, ensuring successful outcomes for clients.
• Work collaboratively with the client on-site from Monday to Thursday, fostering strong relationships and identifying opportunities for future projects.
• Oversee the performance of your team, providing feedback and support to facilitate their development.
• Engage with client staff and your team to drive organisational performance and deliver measurable business results.
