Your role:
- Contributing analytical expertise to high impact projects in international companies
- Working with clients and senior management to gather, compile, and analyse information
- Clearly communicating analytical findings, conclusions, and recommendations to project teams, senior management, and clients
- Contributing to the enhancement of their service portfolio and intellectual capital
- Planning and leading project work-streams
- Developing, guiding, and mentoring less experienced colleagues to help realise their full potential
Your profile:
- Experience at an established strategy consultancy in a similar role
- Fluent French and fluent English are essential
- Project experience in a number of sectors
- Exceptional analytical and structured thinker with a rigorous, creative, and pragmatic approach
- Mature, confident self-starter with a passionate, entrepreneurial drive and an ability to flourish in challenging environments, with a steep learning curve
- Genuine business interest with a demonstrable level of business acumen
- Motivated to support our team with a desire to help develop less experienced team-mates
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication and reporting skills
- Master's degree from a high-performing university
- High level of capability in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with PowerBI a plus
