As a result of their growth trajectory and the opportunity to cross-sell into existing and new clients, they are seeking an experienced Director (Partner) to join their team to expand and develop their Corporate Officers practice. Based in their London office, the Director role at will include HR, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain and the CIO/CTO market.
Working closely with the other Directors and their clients, you will:
- Bring expertise and an existing network in HR search and advisory, through which you will generate search and advisory revenue from your current multi-sector client base and, through cross-selling into our existing and desired client base.
- Develop the wider global Corporate Officers team and the services that they offer their clients through the development of a business plan and a program of hiring & developing people, marketing and BD.
- Deliver high-quality, senior executive search assignments and delegate projects to the team that you are sponsoring and developing.
- Contribute to the development of the culture and values of the firm, nurturing a ‘firm first’ approach.

Ideal Candidate
You will already be well established as a leader within the HR community as a respected practitioner and bring:
- Established experience of having sold and undertaken Executive Searches for Chief HR Officer (CHRO) / Chief People Officers (CPOs) and senior HR Director roles
- Leadership capabilities – hire, sponsor, develop, nurture, grow
- A collegiate, team-oriented approach to work, enabling seamless cross-selling and client development
- A commercial mind-set, strategic-thinking and the ability to develop relationships with, and operate at C-Suite level
